Robert Langlois, my salesperson, was cordial, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. However once negotiations start and ultimately I interfaced with the Finance Department, it was awful. Super long wait to talk to someone (2+ hours), then I was literally rushed through as it was closing time to the point where I said I sure hope I'm not signing anything I'm not already aware of. Oh no, I was assured. Ends up a Service Agreement was included which greatly increased my cost (my bad, I own that). Once I realized this when I reviewed paperwork at home I asked for it to be cancelled, this was the day after purchase. I've been assured that this request has been made, but can not be provided an authorization # for my credit union to confirm. The Finance Manager (Andrew Kubichek) isn't returning my call, but the person who took the message said it will take 1-1.5 months for the change to be made. Which results in approximately $250 out of my pocket in interest. This is insane. Andrew didn't endear me to himself when he immediately cashed my check, knowing I had needed to electronically transfer $ from one bank to the checking account bank to cover it. I wasn't intending on buying that dy, but did so they could count my purchase as part of their September income, it was the last day of the month. Check bounced, come to find out it takes 1-3 days for an electronic transfer to settle. Finance Managers should know that, amirite? :( More
