Audi Marin

We just purchased our second Audi from Audi Marin on April 30th, 2023. This was our first experience with the new owners/management group. I had a very good experience with the old ownership and this experience was definitely a very pleasant upgrade! The sales approach is a "team effort” so we were never out of the “Audi Marin Sales loop”. We did not feel pressured, just well taken care of. I don’t know if we got lucky or all the sales people are like our team of Lori Bye, L-C Finely Sr. and Nathan Proctor. Our search took a little longer due to our personal needs but that made no difference in the exceptional effort our team made in being available to us at all times to respond to any questions. Lori even brought a car up to our home in Petaluma on that Sunday to make it easier for my wife. We bought that car that afternoon. The deal discussions were just as easy and professional. They were all very low key; they listened to our needs and then gave us a great package/price on that beautiful A4. Completing the paperwork with Josh in Finance was easy, professional and topped off the great deal. It was a win/win for everybody. We finished the process after closing time and L-C told us to call if we had any questions setting up all of the new digital features. Well, we did have questions and sent a text to L-C Sunday evening about a set-up issue. He called us back and spent two hours with us on the phone getting things dialed-in despite the fact that he was actually off work and on his “weekend”. Exceptional customer service! “Thank you!” to our team and the team management for a great experience. We will be needing another car upgrade in the future and will be back at Audi Marin to work with “our” team! More
