Adam is GREAT! I first contacted him thru the web and he promptly emailed me with his contact info. He also provided an overview of the RS3 I was interested in. A week or so later, I happened to be driving by the dealership and dropped in on him - He was very welcoming and gracious, and with limited time I had, he showed me the various models I was interested in. I let Adam know I wasn't in a hurry, and he never played the "gotta buy today"-card. We traded emails about incoming inventory and Adam let me know we could for a test drive when I was ready. A few weeks later, I dropped in again, let Adam know what I wanted to try/see/do on a test drive and he says, "I know exactly where to go!" And a few hours later, I'm driving away in a new RS3! Adam has been very good in contacting me in the following weeks to see if I have any follow-on questions about the car and its many features. Thank you Adam! More
