Yuvraaj Madra, the Director of Sales and our point of contact through Audi Marin was accommodating and transparent throughout the entire purchase process. However, post purchase there was poor communicat contact through Audi Marin was accommodating and transparent throughout the entire purchase process. However, post purchase there was poor communication about what needed to happen with the vehicle. While maybe not with ill-intent, it felt as if they were trying to rush us out the door with the vehicle. We live an hour away and the next day we received a phone call from a star-guard operator that told us that we needed to drive back to the dealership in order to activate the system. This was not something we were interested in doing and we informed them we would not be doing that. They told us it’s possible there is somewhere closer or they could send someone to our house. Still awaiting a resolution to this. This activation process seems like something that should have been done at the dealer before the car was brought home. Perhaps it just slipped their mind, stuff happens. Next we are trying to get the car an appointment for PPF installation. The shop is close to us which works out great, but the dealership seems to have an internal disconnect. We were told that we could bring the vehicle there ourselves on a scheduled date but we received a call the next day saying the car would have to be brought back to the dealership once again and they would transport it there for some reason. This was resolved, but should not have occurred. Overall, Audi Marin has been courteous and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a car there. However there are some internal issues that they should resolve for a seamless purchasing experience for their customers. More
Asma was great and that is the only reason I am putting five stars. The management was not. The finance team was playing games and giving me a bit of run around about the car possibly not being certified s five stars. The management was not. When I was finalizing my financing terms the finance guy asked if I wanted tire protection for $68.00 more per month. I declined and he said, oh so you can’t afford it? What kind of psycho xxxxxxxx is that? Would never buy at this location again. More

This was a major service and I have insurance coverage - and they didn't find anything wrong with the car.
