I had to take one of our vehicles in for scheduled service two weeks later and was, again, treated perfectly. I took my car in to get a brake inspection. I was well greeted by Kevin and staff. They offered me a seat and something to drink. Kevin checked on me periodically to update me on the services. I once took my car to another facility for some work to be done and even though the other facility's price was less, the old adage, "you get what you pay for" rings true. When it is time for me to get a new car, I would be hard pressed to get a different brand because of the quality service that I get from Jim Ellis.
