I took my 2005 audi A4 to this dealership for the transmission to be serviced because it had a recall on the CVT transmission. So far, the least said the better. First they told me I have to get service records when I furnished them with the records, they said it wasn't AUTHENTIC because it was from CARFAX, after arguing it out, he told me I took the car somewhere else before bringing it to them so they will not fix it until I contact the settlement administrator. It has so far taken me two weeks to get hold of a supervisor, only for her to tell me they are investigating the issue with the dealership. Guys I am talking about 20 mins hold calls on the average here. My car has only 88000 miles on it and under 10yrs. Qualifies for the transmission to be fully replaced under the class action and this is what I have to go through just to talk to a supervisor. I have driven a Volkswagen all my life and I have loved just decided to upgrade to Audi and it has been my most painful experience ever. My car is over 3weeks at the dealership, and so far nothing has been done. Still investigating............. More
I purchased my Audi A4 last year from this dealership and had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the ti had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the time Rose, the group at the Jim Ellis Audi store really went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied customers. They have always been available if we had any questions or concerns with our vehicle and did a great job of making a deal work. I have since been taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership and have also had a great experience in the service department working with Matt Price. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is available on time. Something nice that he does is use text messages to provide updates on my vehicle so that I am aware of the service status. Matt comes across as a very cool and honest guy and I have not ever felt like he is over selling me on a service that I didn't need or that was not necessary on my vehicle which based on past experiences seems to be rare in this industry. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at this dealership. It speaks well for the dealership as a whole and I will be continuing the service of my vehicle with Jim Ellis Marietta. They will also be my 1st stop when it's time to find my next vehicle. More
Had a recurring engine light issue, so I took it in for service. Based on previous service experience, I asked for Kevin Fayerweather by name. Kevin is always super-helpful. "I normally deal with Kevin Fayweather, however since he was not available at the time I worked with Arthur. He has a wonderful disposition and made my repair service effortless. He was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my service was completed to my satisfaction. I will say that he gave me an almost on point estimate of the length of time I had left before the repair would be needed (I had front brakes replaced). He informed me that they were needed at a scheduled service appointment and said how much time was left before the indicator would come on. Like clockwork it was right on time! My car was ready earlier than stated and was all cleaned up. I have been a loyal customer at the Marietta store for over 10 years, purchased 5 Audis so far, and I don’t intend to change a thing. I took my 2004 Audi a4 because the transmission had a problem they charge me 1200 dollars and didn't fix any thing when I took the car back to them say the car have a new problem.
