Back on the road! I was in a bind and for the first time I took my 2004 A6 2.7 with 113k miles that I bought new to a chain service center to diagnose and repair whatev I was in a bind and for the first time I took my 2004 A6 2.7 with 113k miles that I bought new to a chain service center to diagnose and repair whatever was causing the Check Engine light to come on. Not only did they not repair the problem, they made it worse, and then told me they saw a crack in the exhaust manifold! I took the car to Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, which has taken great care of my favorite car since moving to Atlanta in 2006, resigned to the possibility that I might have to replace it. Matt Chin, my service rep and former technician, quickly examined the engine, and assured me that the problem was probably not a cracked exhaust manifold and that he would fix me up with a loaner while the car was being checked out. Matt was great at keeping me updated and, when I picked up the car, took the time to show me where the leak was and the repairs that were made. My car drives like new, and I couldn't be more pleased. Big thanks to the technicians at Jim Ellis Audi of Marietta, and especially to Matt Chin! More

Q5 75K service-June 9, 2015 I was working with Ahamed on a late-breaking desire to have my 75K service done fairly promptly. I ended up with a lengthy wait due to the ned for new front brakes and an alignment. It was another example of the high level of sensitivity both the Sales and Service folks have for customers. 35,000 service I had the 35,000 service completed on my 2012 A7 & the entire service department is awesome. I normally deal with Kevin, but he had just stepped out, I had the 35,000 service completed on my 2012 A7 & the entire service department is awesome. I normally deal with Kevin, but he had just stepped out, so Matt took care of me. He was great & even informed me that the service was going to be longer than usual because of the updates that needed to be done. I had setup my appointment online & had requested a loaner, which was nice (Q5). He also told me that it would be a couple of days before my car would be ready. I received a text the next day & my car was ready! I then was able to deal with Kevin for checkout & he too was great, just like all of the other times I have had my car serviced. Oh and the price was lower than originally expected. More

Ron took great care of me. They are organized, kind, courteous and respectful. The lovely lady in the loaner vehicle department was fantastic. Really great personality and very customer service oriented. I really appreciate their focus on the customer. They kept me informed of what was going on with my car and let me know exactly what to expect. Now if Jim Ellis could open an Audi dealership closer to my house, all would be perfect! More

5,000 mile service Even though I didn't lease my 2015 Audi A6 at this dealership, I am using its service department which so far has been excellent. Our service person is Kevin Fayerweather and he has been extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. In that regard, because I raised an issue about XM radio sound quality, Kevin authorized a loaner vehicle (without me even asking) to use so that his service people could take a careful look at my issue.
