Richard and your Service Supervisor displayed great compassion and generosity as they helped me with a service on a morning that I was to leave to vis Richard and your Service Supervisor displayed great compassion and generosity as they helped me with a service on a morning that I was to leave to visit my dying father. They both went above and beyond despite having a full schedule. I am so grateful and was extraordinarily pleased with their kindness. Richard made sure that my fluids were topped off, tires checked and car washed in addition to the necessary service. Reminded me of what my Dad would do for me .... thank you! More

It is now 4:30 pm and still no call from service dept. Called twice, no answer, left messages and no return calls. Finally spoke to them, they said they had it in bay and being worked on will be about an hour, this was 300 pm. Still no call to pick up. More

First service on third new Audi from Jim Ellis Marietta I just completed the first service of my third new Audi at Jim Ellis of Marietta. The online scheduling tool was a time saver and still allowed me to I just completed the first service of my third new Audi at Jim Ellis of Marietta. The online scheduling tool was a time saver and still allowed me to select and view the schedule of my preferred service person. I was a waiter and everything was completed on time while I used the wifi to work from my laptop at a desk. I have continued to recommend this dealership for both sales and service. I also used this time to check in on my sales person to see what was new with Audi since I was there last. More
