Tim Brooks was assigned as my service agent and after telling him about my new life experience with my Audi, he went above and beyond with researching my vehicle service history. He explained to me all the past information concerning service and recalls and told me to let him handle the rest. He handled every service and recall that my car missed by the previous owner and some new concerns I had. He kept me updated daily on my vehicle progress. Me, knowing nothing about Audi, Tim and some of the other service guys gave me a quick little class on my car's extra gadgets and widgets. LOL. So my experience was AWESOME!
