I don’t remember her name but she was Indian I believe. She was very hospitable and informative regarding the loaner car as I’m looking to upgrade from my Audi A5. Poor communication! Car in over a week and had trouble getting through to our advisor and got few calls throughout the process letting us know status. Super frustrating.
