I took my vehicle in for service on 4/23/22. I was greeted when I pulled up to the door by a nice young man who opened my door and helped me out of my vehicle and walked me to the service desk. Jeff was my service manager who was extremely professional, courteous and polite. He checked me in, explained what services would be performed, and then showed me to the mobility desk for a loaner vehicle. The representative was professional and courteous as well and he assigned a loaner vehicle to me. The absolute best thing in this entire process was the step by step video of the services that were completed from TJ. That's a very nice touch. Keep up the great work Audi Marietta!!! More
Only reason I gave it a one is I couldn't give it a zero. Brought my 2018 Q5 on 4/16/2022 for a recall in the interior of the car, and received a loaner. Got a phone call from the service department about a leaking thermostat housing. (why we are in the engine department), I never noticed a leak in my driveway. Anyway, service advisor said that it was 23.12. My car has under 50000 miles, so it's suppose to be under warranty. Came in on Thursday, 04/22/22, to pick up my car, as they said that it was ready. I was told that I owe them $2312.00 for repairs. First I how is that possible for a leaking housing, was told that they replaced thermostat and water pump, I never told them to do that. When I mentioned that the car was under warranty, I was told that the warranty began on the delivery date of 6/15/17, not when the car was sold. and my warranty was expired. Never once did the service advisor tell me that my car was out of warranty. Was told either pay, or I couldn't get my car by the service manager. Now this isn't the first time I've had problems with this dealer. Requested my audi connect service aggreement which I had paid for five times before I had to asked for it after waiting one and half hours after a oil change. More
When I first bought my Audi, I loved this dealership almost as much as I love my Audi. Unfortunately, parts and service have gone continuously downhill ever since. The dealership has had my car for four almost as much as I love my Audi. Unfortunately, parts and service have gone continuously downhill ever since. The dealership has had my car for four business days (plus a weekend) for scheduled service with an appointment. I still have no estimate of return and no estimate of service cost. I did, however, receive a video recommendation for a ridiculous number of unnecessary repairs. I recommend taking your Audi anyplace but here. More

By far the worst service experience ever. The Ellis Family would be ashamed of this location. When I brought my car in for recall repairs, I also had them run diagnostics and change the oil. Not even sure that the oil was even changed and don't even get me started on crap service. Now my dash has scratches on it where they changed the defective airbags but they performed services without my consent. I specifically said to replace the defective airbags, change the oil and run diagnostics! Multiple times and I get a phone call telling me that the motor mounts were collapsed and had been replaced. When I questioned why they had been changed without my permission, the service advisor Ryan argued that I had given consent even though I had not. So after 3 phone calls of debate he said that they would take the new motor mounts out and put the old ones back in. Now my car shakes like crazy and I am back at the repair shop to see what they messed up. Is that even safe? I expected better quality out of Audi. I will NEVER take another vehicle back to this location. Ryan told me that my car would be ready the next day and hung up with haste and was quite rude. I waited for them to call which never happened to tell me when my car was ready for pickup and I could bring the rental car back. I ended up calling them to be told that my car had been ready and they were waiting on me. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service rep Ryan acted like he didn't even know me and practically ignored me. 600 dollars later for an oil change, airbag replacement(free because of recall) and diagnostics my keys were practically thrown at me. Don't take your audi or any other car to this location, they are shady as xxxx and should be shut down. More

Not once have we had any issues with his services and he's always gone the extra mile to take care of me and my family. The fact that he lets me borrow a loaner car is a tremendous service I've never seen anyone else do and it makes it much easier for me to get my car worked on. He's very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, he's just a xxxx of a guy and I always have a good time talking with him! Brought my wife's 2018 Q5 in because she had a low oil light come on. My suspicion was an oil leak somewhere due to oil just doesn't disappear. They fill it back up and find some other issue that took 3-4 days to fix. Three weeks later the Oil Change notification popped up on the dash. Why didn't they just change it when it was there a month ago? Whatever, so I bring it in on a scheduled oil change and take the free Uber back to work. I get a call saying that that the oil change is complete BUT the engine cover is missing. It'll cost $500+ and the nearest one is in Jacksonville, FL. I responded with, Audi Marietta are the only people who has worked on the vehicle in the past year. If it's missing it is because a technician there failed to put it back on after the last service. The service tech said they'd review the video to see if it was indeed left off by the service dept. He calls back and says we see on the tapes that the technician failed to put it back on after the last service and we'll get it back on after lunch. He calls back and says its ready and orders an Uber for me to come back to get the car. When I get there my tech isn't there, instead someone else is there who know nothing about what happened. I fill him in and he says "These things happen" and offered a half-hearted sorry. I didn't expect a red carpet and weeping but an hour ago you guys were trying to get $500 out of me due to the service techs negligence. I haven't had the best experiences out of this dealership but it's the closest to my home and work so I've put up with it. This is the last time though. 1 out of 5 stars, would not recommend. P.S. I do not blame my terrible experiences on today's service tech. When I spoke with him on the phone he was just the messenger. More
