True customer service Interestingly enough, when I scheduled my first 10,000 mile service, I had no idea my car had already had the service at 7000 miles before I bought it Interestingly enough, when I scheduled my first 10,000 mile service, I had no idea my car had already had the service at 7000 miles before I bought it. This mix-up would have cost me several hundred dollars, but the Audi service people were nice enough to take care of it for me! Very satisfied. More
