Service and tires after hitting a pothole Satisfied with the outcome but communication during the process lacked. Took in Monday morning. Was told it could be done that day. Found a thermstat issue and said it was under warranty but would be ready next day. Called and left message with service advisor early afternoon. No call back so called again 1.5 hours later and was informed it was still being worked on. Had i known up front it was going to be an all day next day issue i would have gotten a service loaner. I assumed it would be done the next morning so I guess that is partly on me. More
