The service took over three days, even though it was promised from a few hours to the next day. Monday close to noon, I had to call myself to check on the status. Received a call back 35 min later and my advisor was still asking if balance and tire rotation to be done!? This was initially discussed. When I came to pick up my car my advisor was not there , and another person didn't really have any details for me.. I paid over $2300 , so you can imagine I wanted to know some details. After I paid the invoice amount, was told to wait for my car outside. Waited outside for over 10 min, another lady was also complaining that she was waiting for too long as well.. Loaner car should have been different.. I got A4 - basic module.. while I purchased A6 in 2010 and Q7 in 2017 from your dealership ( Sasha was great both times!). So I would expect to be offered maybe a new model of A6 at least.. could be a potential new sale in the future. Not impressed! More

Great service! Jayson was great to work with! He was extremely responsive and had a great attitude. I dropped my car off after hours and left my keys in the drop box Jayson was great to work with! He was extremely responsive and had a great attitude. I dropped my car off after hours and left my keys in the drop box and got a call immediately when they opened the next day. My car was ready a couple of hours later and he called to get approval before any work was done. I had a flat tire and needed to have a new one put on. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prices were a little high. When I got my car back they had rinsed off the outside and cleaned off my floor mats. I really appreciate that attention to detail. The new dealership is beautiful. Thank you Audi Marietta. More

Disappointingly Disorganized I brought my car in because I had a ripped tire. It was also due for its 30k service. This was my first time at the dealership since they brought the I brought my car in because I had a ripped tire. It was also due for its 30k service. This was my first time at the dealership since they brought the car to me after we negotiated the purchase price . I also have concierge service so they usually come and pick it up from me but this was sort of an emergency so I took it to them this time. My service advisor Kyle was super friendly. I have tire and wheel coverage so not only did it cover the flat tire and damaged rim but they found a screw in my other front tire. I explained some other electrical/electronic issues I was having for them to look at while I was there. I also decided to let them detail the car and Kyle suggested an alignment since 2 new tires were going on the car. He told me it would be ready on Saturday morning to pick up. He EMAILED ( What happened to calling???) me at 5:45pm on Friday ( I saw the email at 11:30 pm) to indicate that my car was ready to be picked up but that they ran out of time to do the detail???? Again no phone call for a discussion on how I would like to proceed since it took longer than the quoted time? Umm Kyle then the service is incomplete! And it is not ready to be picked up. I called Saturday morning and explained to a nice lady what had happened and that I wanted the detail to be completed. She indicated that they would not have time to accomplish this on Saturday and that it would have to be done on Monday???? Whatever.. just get it done. Anyway Monday arrives and the air conditioning stops working in the dirty loaner car they gave me. They call to say the car is done and to get payment for the detail. I ask about the alignment charge. Kyle forgot to add that to the list apparently. They rush to get that done, which now puts the car being done very close to rush hour. I am now super frustrated because the service is still not complete and I need my car to drive to an appointment for my job the next morning and the loaner is spewing hot air and it is 93 degrees out. I ask them to please send someone to my home to swap the cars. They do this for me without hesitation which was very nice. They of course checked out the strange electrical occurrences in my car and could not make them happen while they had possession of my car. This is frustrating. As well as said the Car play feature that just randomly shuts down navigation in the middle of a trip is a “ known issue” that they are working with Apple to resolve. These cars are super expensive and I expect more detailed and organized customer service for the money you shell out for these vehicles. More
