So EASY and client friendly This was my first visit since the big move from the trailers into the new center; I was very impressed. The wait while my car was serviced (about 2 hours) was comfortable and accommodating. The staff are sincerely friendly. Snacks of various types and beverages are offered, internet, extra large computer screens, network television, magazines, great seating, beautiful floor models to wish for. And it was QUIET. Nice. I also had the opportunity to visit with "my" salesman (I have a lease), Sasha Landy, to talk about my NEXT Audi! Thank you for making the service appointment such a pleasant experience. More

Fast, convenient, and comfortable I scheduled an appointment a couple days before Friday for my Q5's first 10k mile checkup. I arrived at 8AM and was immediately met by the drive atte I scheduled an appointment a couple days before Friday for my Q5's first 10k mile checkup. I arrived at 8AM and was immediately met by the drive attendants. I then met with Ron Palcer who handled getting me all set up. I then had a seat to get some work done. In just over an hour, they had my Q5 back to me, ready to go, and washed. The amenities in the dealership were also impressive & what I would expect from a luxury brand. More
