They were extremely thorough and kept me up to date on the status throughout. I was not a prior scheduled customer, but they fit me in and still fixed my issue on my schedule. Wash vacuum, polish, wax, interior cleaned and leather conditioned. They do a very good job on this. Only suggestion would be for them to use touch up paint on any tiny nicks that are inevitable. Disappointing used car inspection I had a local used-car dealer bring over a low mileage 2017 for a pre-purchase inspection. I arranged everything over the phone and Audi Marietta emailed me the results. The report I received said the car was “Like new”, but when I flew in to pick up the car, I discovered the report missed obvious flaws. First there was a chip in the windshield the size of a nickel. Second the after-market speakers made a strong whirring sound when the car was in motion, which was immediately apparent when I test drove the car. I was also unhappy with the completeness of the report, which didn’t include something as basic as the remaining brake-pad thickness. (I had to ask for it.) My biggest complaint is that the inspection did not include a body and frame inspection. I told the service advisor in advance that I was concerned about accident damage. He did not tell me that their inspection specifically excludes what I was asking for. When I complained, the service advisor told me the car was fine, but how can I believe that when they weren’t looking for signs of repairs? On a positive note, I must say that the people I spoke to at Audi Marietta were universally pleasant and professional, and the service advisor was responsive to my post inspection questions. More

Inconsistent communication from service technician While my customer service experience was exceptional, on my receipt notated that many things were inspected. However, when I went to double check my back windshield wiper it was noticeably worn but I did not get any communication from the team that this was in fact an issue that needed to be corrected. My concern is I am not sure what was said was inspected actually was inspected. I paid a premium price and expect a premium inspection. I am awaiting a call back from my service rep and will update this review post my conversation with him. ***UPDATE*** Thank you, Management. I'd like to add that Your team contacted me and rescheduled an appointment and made this right. I definitely recommend Audi Marietta for their excellent diligence in making sure me, as a customer, was fully satisfied. More
