10,000 Mile Check-up & Oil Change I arrived at 8:00 am for an 8:30 appointment. I was greeted right away and sent inside. My estimated time given was 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Before I know it I'm eating an apple and a cinnamon danish with a great cup of coffee. I get on my computer to get caught up on my emails. 1 hour and 45 minutes goes by and I'm driving away in my squeaky clean Audi. Thanks team Audi !! More

Inconsistent communication from service technician While my customer service experience was exceptional, on my receipt notated that many things were inspected. However, when I went to double check my back windshield wiper it was noticeably worn but I did not get any communication from the team that this was in fact an issue that needed to be corrected. My concern is I am not sure what was said was inspected actually was inspected. I paid a premium price and expect a premium inspection. I am awaiting a call back from my service rep and will update this review post my conversation with him. ***UPDATE*** Thank you, Management. I'd like to add that Your team contacted me and rescheduled an appointment and made this right. I definitely recommend Audi Marietta for their excellent diligence in making sure me, as a customer, was fully satisfied. More

Great service center Service experience was very good. Took two cars on the same day However, back in May I took my car for a recall and was told I needed brakes. Howev Service experience was very good. Took two cars on the same day However, back in May I took my car for a recall and was told I needed brakes. However, thought I would wait for the general service one month later. To my surprise, the service which was very detailed and covered brake inspection, did not mention anything about needing brakes. Yesterday, I took it in for a software update and mentioned about the brakes but was NOT given a plausible explanation of the need for a brake service or why it was missed during the equivalent of a 35K mile checkup (car had less than 25K). After I mentioned it yesterday, I saw a recommendation for brakes. Really puzzled. More
