I am extremely frustrated with the service I received. I brought my car to a mechanic shop before taking it to Audi Marietta I wanted to get multiple perspectives. The mechanic I brought the car initially provided me with a service memo from Audi that fit the bill for what my car was experiencing. I provided that memo # to David and it was basically ignored. I was given a diagnosis for a fuel pump and motor mounts for ~$3k to address what I was hearing. I called the initial mechanic back and even another to ask their opinion and it was agreed by both the there is no way I need new motor mounts to address my issue. I was charges almost $200 to get a bad diagnosis...which I really think should be refunded. Before I came to pick up my car, I had called in advance to be sure it was ready. Upon speaking with David when I arrived, he seemed surprised to see me and asked me to wait as he processed the paperwork. After waiting 20 minutes, he approached and asked if I could wait for them to run the car thru the car wash, which I agreed, After another 20-25 minutes, I went to find David only to find he was away from his desk. I asked another service rep to help locate my car, only to be told that I "should be patient". I then found out the car had never run through the car wash at all...it was backed up. I basically waited around for an hour for nothing. I mentioned my frustration with David when he finally returned and he blew me off. I called an asked to speak with a service manager only to be told they were not available. Overall, this is not how I'd expect to be treated my a high end dealership. Based on this, I would not recommend Audi Marietta nor will I return. Craig Contos 770-853-0722 ccgator20@yahoo.com
