Disappointed that your Uber Service was not available I work less than 5 miles from the Service Center and there was no option to drop me off or pick me up. I didn't request a car, just a shuttle since I I work less than 5 miles from the Service Center and there was no option to drop me off or pick me up. Given directions to meet with Alex, who met me immediately and proceeded I was scheduled for my 20,000 mile service. I was met promptly as I drove up. Given directions to meet with Alex, who met me immediately and proceeded to check me in. He gave me an approximate time for the service to take and showed me into the waiting room.
