Sasha was great to work with. He went above and beyond to have a red A3 sent to the dealership for me. It took about 6 weeks and he kept in touch with during the transit. When He went above and beyond to have a red A3 sent to the dealership for me. It took about 6 weeks and he kept in touch with during the transit. When the A3 arrived, I saw a red A5 on the showroom floor and loved it! Sasha was very nice to accommodate the change. I drove away a happy customer in my beautiful new shiny red A5 sportback!
