My husband and I purchased a 2021 Audi Q7 and a few days later returned to the dealership to turn in the title from the trade of our 2015 Q7. We also wanted to speak with a technology associate to go over later returned to the dealership to turn in the title from the trade of our 2015 Q7. We also wanted to speak with a technology associate to go over the features as everything was quite different from my previous vehicle. In addition, because we purchased the vehicle late in the evening the service center was already closed so the car had not been detailed - it was filthy. We were introduced to Roy Toache, who from the start was warm and welcoming. While he was not our original associate, and was not motivated by a potential sale, we feel he went above and beyond to take care of us. He arranged for our vehicle to be detailed, and even cleaned a few areas that were missed himself. He filled up the gas tank, and helped get my car registered with Audi. Because the technology tech was not in, Roy sat in my car with me and walked through almost every feature on the vehicle until I was satisfied and felt comfortable. Roy answered questions and spent a great deal of time making sure we were satisfied. Roy went over our CPO and manufacturers warranty in detail even confirmed information with the service dept. Considering he was pulled away from potential buying customers, it didn’t change the level of service he provided. Great customer service is such a lost art, but Roy delivered on all cylinders. Great associate he is! More
