From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the ti had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the time Rose, the group at the Jim Ellis Audi store really went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied customers. They have always been available if we had any questions or concerns with our vehicle and did a great job of making a deal work. I have since been taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership and have also had a great experience in the service department working with Matt Price. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is available on time. Something nice that he does is use text messages to provide updates on my vehicle so that I am aware of the service status. Matt comes across as a very cool and honest guy and I have not ever felt like he is over selling me on a service that I didn't need or that was not necessary on my vehicle which based on past experiences seems to be rare in this industry. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at this dealership. It speaks well for the dealership as a whole and I will be continuing the service of my vehicle with Jim Ellis Marietta.
