1 Stop Resolution I purchased my vehicle in 8/1. Five minutes after driving off the lit the check engine light illuminated and the car began to shake. The dealership wa I purchased my vehicle in 8/1. I left a voicemail for my brand specialist explaining the quandary and he called me first thing Monday morning to bring the car in. Night and Day Experience! I went to another ATL Audi dealership with the intention to buy a CPO A4 only if I could turn in my VW Passat which was at the end of lease. They wa I went to another ATL Audi dealership with the intention to buy a CPO A4 only if I could turn in my VW Passat which was at the end of lease. They wanted me to go through an arduous process to turn in my VW elsewhere (which is in the family) to BUY a 2015 CPO A4 from them????? The more I thought about it the crazier it seemed, so I realized they were not the dealership for me. The next day, I went to Jim Ellis and met Dustin. I could not believe how effortlessly the same process was at Jim Ellis Marieta. They took the car and I drove home in my A4 the same day and have been rolling ever since! Dustin was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a car. More

They were also willing to do a lot of the buying process via email and phone calls, which was great because I it fit with my schedule and life style. Other dealerships would always ask me to "come in to discuss" but Jim Ellis Audi Marietta understood that I wanted to conduct most of the business via email/phone and was willing to work with me the way I wanted to. Ultimately they offered me an extremely aggressive deal that beat all the competition. Even after the sale, the sales person I worked with, Atiq, has been very helpful and responsive.
