Shawn Gamby - An Excellent Salesman Shawn is a helpful, accommodating, easy going salesman who was able to meet every request that I had. He is also very knowledgeable about Audi's history and the inner-workings of the vehicles as he is an Audi owner himself. He attempted to show me how all of the features work and even volunteered to show me the inner-workings of the features on a day that I have more time to learn (being that it was 11pm since my husband and I had gotten the dealership right before they closed). Unfortunately we just found out that the drive shaft(s) are failing on the Q7 that we bought. It will probably be a couple of thousand or more to repair. We are fully aware that we bought the car as-is, but to have to repair this after only owning the car a little over a month makes me wonder. I have asked if they will work with us on the repair, but have yet to hear back. The easier part is selling the car, you can usually tell a lot more after the purchase. We do not expect something for nothing, so we'll see how this goes. Hoping for the best of course, but preparing for the worst. Follow-up: The dealer came through...we worked out a mutual agreement and the drive-shafts were replaced. Still seems odd that the drive shaft would need to be replaced. I will recommend the dealership. One suggestion is for the sales person to know what they are selling a little more (what features the car has and how to use them). More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I sent a message through a car buying service offered by my employer. Within an hour, several emails came from the dealership, welcoming me. On the next day, I received an email from Joe who said he would be helping me. My husband was traveling so we had to wait a few days before we could get to the dealership. However, Joe kept in touch to answer any questions and to make sure he had the car for me. Joe was polite, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were his only concern. Joe had a previous engagement and left us with an equally capable sales adviser, Luke Bialas. Luke assisted us through the paperwork and gave us a thorough tutorial. He, too, was polite, attentive, and concerned about me and my time. He introduced us to the General Manager who welcomed us to the Audi family. My experience with both advisers was excellent. I could not have asked or wished for a better experience. I would recommend both them and give them my highest recommendation. 5 stars for both. I didn't actually purchase an Audi; it was a used Toyota 4Runner that they had promoted on Autotrader and Autoblog. Happily, Shawn Gamby (Audi Brand Specialist) possesses a depth of experience in this industry, and was knowledgeable about vehicles well beyond Audi's available fleet. Our test drive was also a practical lesson in that particular vehicle. He also took the extra step of identifying a recommended store to purchase the after-market running boards I was looking for. In an industry populated with self-serving salespeople, Jim Ellis and Shawn Gamby are a breath of fresh air. More
