The car he found for us was exquisite and he even offered to throw in a new battery. Needless to say he took care of us and we felt very comfortable with him. During the paperwork process I took the time to look around the dealership and low and behold found another car that I couldn't take my eyes off. I ended up going for it and couldn't be happier! He definitely hooked us up with the second car and I can confidently say he gave me a great deal. The paperwork process and the "haggling" process were both very hassle free and everything was explained to me in detail. By the end of the day I felt that I had become apart of the Jim Ellis Audi family and had made friends with Kevin and also the wonderful financial manager Tony Jackson. He even fed me dinner after a long day of car shopping. I was very very pleased with my visit and my overall purchases and will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade! They go out of their way for customers. My wife and I are from out of state and were looking at used vehicles at various dealerships all day on a Saturday with no luck. We noticed that Jim Ellis Audi had one listed online that we were interested in, but it was 6:30pm and they closed at 7:00pm. We were exactly 27 miles from the dealership when I called to see if we could look at it before heading back home. I fully expected them to say that we'd be closed by the time you get here, but to my surprise, they said come on! We arrived as most of the employees were leaving after a long day of work, but Ed Jenkins stayed late to show us the vehicle. It turned out that it had a battery problem, and we didn't get to test drive it like we wanted, but fully understandable on my part with such short notice. They put it in the service center on Monday and had the battery replaced, and checked it for any other problems. Ed and ErIkka have kept in touch throughout the repair process, and it's cleaned up and waiting for us to come give it a test drive as I type this. We have visited several dealerships over the last 2 months, and it's refreshing to get this kind of service from one. I want to say a special thank you to Ed and Errika for going beyond the call of duty for a potential customer. My wife and I both appreciate your efforts! More
