I saw that Audi Marietta already had a 5 star rating online, reassuring; and called a friend in the area to confirm that. Everyone I spoke to about the car was friendly and helpful but not pushy. Verne Watley answered my many questions and we made a deal on my terms. I love my new car and would recommend Verne and Audi Marietta to anyone looking for a used car. More

TERRIBLE. DISHONEST After wasting my time back and forth with a salesman and manager - making arrangements to drive from a whole state away for a test drive- sending pict After wasting my time back and forth with a salesman and manager - making arrangements to drive from a whole state away for a test drive- sending pictures of my trade in- and receiving a video of the supposed vehicle- I was told I needed to make a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle which I called to do. As I was on the phone to give my deposit the salesman was told in the background that the "Vice President" said to sell it to his friends that very evening. Strange for a car that was listed for 45 days. Looking back the pictures on the website had an entirely different color interior than the video I was sent- I'm wondering if they even had this car or if it was just bait. According to other reviews on Carguru this tactic has been used before or cars have been sold out from underneath customers who were showing sincerely interest first. The 'manager' called the next day to apologize and offered to get another similar vehicle if I'd be interested. I let him know we were taking our business elsewhere. Not knowing what to believe, the basic fact is this is a poorly run, dishonest and shady dealership. Their sales tactics are dirty. It is not respectable or worth giving your money to. Look up other reviews and you'll see this is a pattern. More

Had to replace broken car My old Audi needed service so I took it in to Marietta due to the location. The technician was very open and honest about their findings. My only disappointment was in the fact that I drove the car in, and after diagnostics, it was left disassembled and un-driveable. I'm assuming it was more costly than worth it to reassemble, and the cost of repair was too much, given the car's age. My only other minor complaint was that I was offered basically nothing in trade, even though the car had very low mileage and I'm sure could have been salvaged for some positive value. So I was in need of a replacement, which I found online at a sister dealership. Verne was very helpful in getting the car relocated, on his time, and made the process quite easy. He also offered me one other option for a car, in case I preferred something different. He did not pressure me, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, given the circumstances, it was a positive experience. And Verne's persistence and overall approach was the main reason. More
