Jon was a great salesman. He was warm and inviting. He had great hospitality and was very professional. It was a smooth process. The car was immaculate. The only con was when we made the deal and got a call from one of their finance guys the next day ( we don’t remember his name, but it wasn’t the other guy Tony, who was the person that we dealt with after that guy and he was awesome) that tried to change our deal on us and put a bad taste in our mouth and we almost backed out because of him. He told my husband that we had to choose between the $750 off or our 5.95 interest rate and if we chose the $750 off then he was going to give us almost a %7 interest rate, Which is ridiculous because we have excellent credit and could have just gone through our own bank and gotten the 5.95 rate. We put our foot down and still got our original interest rate and the money off. Anyways, needless to say, do your due diligence and check what you can get through your own bank because they aren’t giving you the best interest rate based on your credit. They make money off of your interest rate and we felt that the first finance guy was trying to swindle us for more money. Everything else was great, except that one finance guy. More
