Service advisor David Kim was courteous, polite, and detailed. He reviewed the details of the appointment, and also expediently executed their built in Uber service available. The Audi provided Uber was also prompt, and retrieved me back to the dealership upon completion. Mr Kim reviewed the performed service , instructed the next milestones, and completed the appointment. Overall an exemplary experience of time, diligence, and efficiency. More
Service Experience Audi Marietta I gave Audi Marietta a 4 star rating because the service was good, the time in which my car was serviced was reasonable, and the service of ubering me I gave Audi Marietta a 4 star rating because the service was good, the time in which my car was serviced was reasonable, and the service of ubering me home was great. The only reason I did not give Audi Marietta a 5 star rating is because I came in hoping to use a coupon I found on their website. But after speaking with my service adviser the coupon seemed to be useless because it could not be applied to a service that ended up costing me an additional $100. Which I later found out I could have done myself and used solely just the coupon. Other than that my service adviser was friendly, informative, and professional. The valet employees were great and setting up my service appointment was a breeze. I would definitely recommend Audi Marietta to a friend or family member and definitely applaud Kyle and the service team for their professionalism. More

No communication/ bad service for high end dealer Well for an audi dealership you expect them to answer their phones or return your phone call regarding a vehicle repair update. Plus if you need a ride, you get an Huber X with a stranger (possibly danger) ... Great touch guys. I have to worry if my wife is gonna get to work okay after dropping off her vehicle. I called 4 times and service advisor didn't answer once (this happened with my other car too when it was there). They don't return phone calls either. On Saturday, the receptionist didn't even answer the phone when I called. When I arrived and said, why don't you guys answer your phones? They just shrugged (literally). I've been an audi owner for many years and am not stuck up, I just can't stand this type of service. Maybe I'll get a BMW, they seem treat their customers better from what I see! More
