Problem resolved, but disappointed Multiple issues which were finally addressed, but took two service visits and multiple conversations. Service Visit #1. - September 22nd, 2018 Issue Multiple issues which were finally addressed, but took two service visits and multiple conversations. Service Visit #1. - September 22nd, 2018 Issue #1: Warranty Issue brought vehicle in back in September for service and to have coolant issue addressed before warranty expired. Was informed warranty had expired. I was sure it had not, based on my purchase date and the in service date. Service Advisor argued that paperwork indicated otherwise and there was nothing he could do. He promised he would have someone else contact me to explain it. No one called and I reached out to the Finance Mgr who told me the mgr of the pre-owned vehicles needed to help me, and he would have him call me. Never received a call Issue #2: Coolant Issue. I was told the system was pressure tested and there was no leak... Service visit ended with purchase of new tires and 75000 mile service. Coolant issue not addressed. Service Visit #2 - December 3rd Over Thanksgiving weekend I had to add coolant again, and once again on Sunday, December 2nd. I brought the vehicle in on Dec 3rd, and notified the Service Advisor of the issue and indicated this would be covered under warranty and I demanded to speak with whoever could answer my questions regarding the warranty. I finally spoke with a manager who was familiar with the certified preowned warranties. He explained everything and was confused as to what the problem was, since it appeared we were in agreement. When I explained that I brought vehicle in back in September, and was told it expired, he now understood the issue, since the warranty didn’t expire until mid-October. Once we completed our conversation, the Service Advisor let me know I had a leaking water pump which was the issue with the coolant leak. The Service Advisor notified me the repair would be handled under warranty for a nominal fee of $85. Not sure what the $85 was for, but agreed to it. In closing the issue was addressed; however, I believe had the effort been made back in September to address the warranty issue, the coolant issue would have been resolved, and there would not have been any confusion or frustration on my part. I can’t honestly say I won’t recommend this service center as all of my service visits with the exception of the last two have been fine. That being said, these two were poorly handled and no one was proactive in getting things resolved. I had to be a bit of a jerk in order to get the issue addressed. This was my first experience buying a NEW car (I have always bought used cars), so I went in the dealership expecting to be hassled and pressured to b This was my first experience buying a NEW car (I have always bought used cars), so I went in the dealership expecting to be hassled and pressured to buy quicker than I wanted. This was so far from the case! I had a wonderful experience with Joseph. From the moment I walked in the door, he was attentive to my needs and was extremely patient with me. (I took ALL DAY to find something that I wanted). Joseph paid attention to every detail, ensured that I was comfortable at all times (with lots of snacks and drinks), and really went above and beyond to ensure that my car-buying experience was exceptional. We priced used cars vs. new cars and Joseph explained with great skill why the new car selection was the better deal. As a savvy businesswoman myself (who had come in the dealership fully prepared with background research re: the purchase), I knew that he was telling the truth. Richard sealed the deal with an offer I couldn't pass up (and even threw in tinted windows for free!). I cannot recommend Joseph highly enough. I will certainly refer all of my friends to Joseph, as I know that they will be in great hands. Thank you, Audi Marietta! Give Joseph a RAISE! More

Kevin was extreme helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles even with it not being a Audi vehicle. Was very patience and didn’t force a sale on myself or my wife. Was able to get the vehicle I wanted and a finance plan that was within our budget. I would defintely come back. Promote Kevin, he needs to be doing more than pushing cars.
