Service Advisor Kyle McCall was very professional and accommodating, and made sure that all of my service needs were met in a timely manner. Why no chairs??? This was my first time at this dealership because I recently registered to the area. I head great expectations because of the dealership I purchased t This was my first time at this dealership because I recently registered to the area. I head great expectations because of the dealership I purchased the car from. The was a tent that mobile car washers use to pull up to to give the "valet" my keys. I walked in and about 1 foot in front of the door was a long counter that the service associates sat behind typing frantically on the computer and printing out mountains of paperwork while just stood there waiting. No chair to sit in; not that the would been room for it because the counter was so close to the door. I really hope this is a temporary setup because it's just not a good look, Audi. More
