I always have to wait for him to fiddle with his computer, usually encountering a problem. At pick up another service rep went outside and told the porter to retrieve my car, and he just continued to sit looking at videos on his phone until I asked him if he or someone else was getting my car. He pretended no knowledge of the request, a total lie. 2nd rate all round. More
