Once Ryan was done he confirmed the recall working needing to be completed, and directed me to the loaner counter to get my loaner car assigned. Q3 Service Oil change simple enough but took 3 hrs.? Many others in and out around me much faster. Not sure why my service took so long. Others were offered car wash when they dropped off the car (although rainy day). My car wash offer was an afterthought - at hour 3. No attention to detail. No interest in my repeat business as I felt like a step-child in the midst of others who seemed to be getting A-1 treatment. More
