Beyond my expectations for my trade in. She was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and so were her superiors. I went in not even sure if I could leave with pre owned Audi having negative equity. Instead Tawana worked extremely hard for hours with me and was able to not only get me in a monthly payment range that I could afford but I left with a new 2018 Audi A4 with Audi care services for my new vehicle.
