Deception and Misrepresentation Mustafa Azizi was deceptive and rude. I found a used vehicle on their website (2011 with ~26k miles), called and asked about any flaws, he shared only Mustafa Azizi was deceptive and rude. I found a used vehicle on their website (2011 with ~26k miles), called and asked about any flaws, he shared only a small fraction of the major issues. After assuring me the interior was 'in great condition, barely used', we agree on a price, I put a deposit down over the phone and decided to travel ~500miles to buy it. Once I arrive, he pulls up the car and the interior shows excessive wear. Leather torn on door panel in several spots. Driver seat and center console full of gouges. 8" chunk torn out of the driver door weatherstripping. Black carpet was stained white with bleach that had spilled throughout the rear. Exterior bumper panels don't even match the color of the rest of the body. The photos that I had been given prior to leaving home were carefully aimed to exclude the obvious, glaring flaws above. He has the audacity to tell me how 'smooth it runs' while the engine squeaks and rattles next to us. I calmly explain my discontent with his deception. He begrudgingly refunds my deposit and walks away without explanation, apology, or offer to help me return home. I wasted over $1,200 on travel and hotels, based on his blatant misrepresentation of this car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. More

GREAT DEALERSHIP I was looking to trade in my 2013 Audi S5 early on a lease. I wanted a 2014 Audi RS5. This dealership made it happen. Really friendly, worked with me I was looking to trade in my 2013 Audi S5 early on a lease. I wanted a 2014 Audi RS5. This dealership made it happen. Really friendly, worked with me on the price(which by the way was incredible), explained to me all the features in the car and showed me even how to use the ones i didn't understand. They were all really friendly, I'm sorry i know I'm leaving a few names out. They were all great. From salesman, to sales manager, to finance manager and the tech guy who helped me navigate the inner workings of the car. I could not be happier. MILAGE SERVICE IHAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROM THE ONSET. I HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED, AND TOTALLY DISSSATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE AND SERVICE FROM TH IHAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROM THE ONSET. I HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED, AND TOTALLY DISSSATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE AND SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THE LATEST ISSUE WAS, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE (AGAIN) AND WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE NO LOANER CAR AVAILABLE FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS...THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I NEEDED THE SERVICE, AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WOULD BE READY IN 1 AND 1/2 HOURS AND THAT THE CAR WOULD BE DELIVERED TO US. i NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE CAR WAS READY AND AT 4:45 (CAR WAS BROUGHT IN AT 11:00) I CALLED AND THEY WERE FLUSTERED, HAD NO ANSWER BUT FINALLY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 20 MINUTES...AGAIN, I WAITED..no call BACK. i CALLED ONCE MORE AND WAS TOLD THAT "SHE THOUGHT THE CAR WAS ON IT'S WAY"! I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SHOWROOMMANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE WAS ON ANOTHER CALL AND COULDN'T SPEAK TO ME...THEN I CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO MY SALESMAN, HE GOT ON IMMEDIATELY ...WAS APOLOGETIC BUT HIS HANDS WERE TIED SINCE IT WAS A SERVICE RELATED ISSUE.AT APPROXIMATELY 5:40 THE CAR WAS ON IT'S WAY..i FINISHED MY WORK DAY AT 5:00 AND HAD TO NOW WAIT AROUND FOR THIS VEHICLE..i WOULD HAVE EXPECTED A PHONE CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY APOLOGIZING FOR THE AWFUL SERVICE AND INCONVENIENCE...BILL WAS PAID IN FULL ALTHOUGH AT THIS POINT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPED!! WHAT POOR SERVICE AND AN UNINFORMED, RUDE SERVICE STAFF! THIS POOR SERVICE SPEAKS VOLUMES FOR AUDI !!! More
