Yes, it is her job to do so but going above and beyond is not. She makes sure she completely understand the issues a guest may be having with their vehicles. If somethings goes wrong in anyways, the stories I have about that, she will take full responsibility in which I don't even let her finish her apology. Her willingness to work in a "team" based environment makes the experience feel welcoming. Audi Lynbrook is very fortunate to have her on their team.
