Absolutely the worst service experience ever, I have brought my vehicle Q7 in for service back in August 2021 & received it back in December 2021 only to hear the same noise and problem I reported. When brought my vehicle Q7 in for service back in August 2021 & received it back in December 2021 only to hear the same noise and problem I reported. When you reach out to this dealership to make a complaint or address a concern, there’s always someone to say “someone will call you back” managers and directors are never available. Fast forward to 2022, I brought my vehicle back this year back in March, they claimed they have worked on it and it’s ready to go, I went in, test drove the vehicle and yet the same noise, so now it was something they could no longer deny. I recently got a call from one of the service reps saying my vehicle is ready to go, problem solved, I asked if he was sure & he responded yeah, they just needed to grease some joints on the vehicle. I wanted an email confirmation which I never received until today the loaner rep (Lily) call and left a sarcastic msg about return the vehicle or I will be charged, very very unprofessional, no concern about my vehicle and how many times I’ve been there and gotten the round around about the crappy service I received. They are not representing this Audi brand and service with high dignity and respect. Audi should seriously look into this dealership. It’s a disgrace!!! More
