I Brought my 2022 Audi Q7 in today, May 4th for a recall that was issued in April 2022. I was never notified about this recall and the only reason I found out about this recall was because I called the serv that was issued in April 2022. I was never notified about this recall and the only reason I found out about this recall was because I called the service dept the other day about a message I keep getting in my car about another recall that Audi is not ready to address yet. When I called the girl told me that there was another recall for my car, so I made the appointment for today. When I got there I found out that the recall being done today was from April of 2022. I asked the girl why I was never notified and why wasn't it done when I brought my car in for service in September. I never got an answer, so I had to waste a day today, 3hrs to be exact to get this done. I would never expect this kind of service from a high end dealership. I guess I'll have to try a different Audi location to have my car serviced. More
