On the 20th of April, I had the pleasure of meeting not just a sales person, but, a wonderful human being who was patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I had an all day event with Audi as a first time cli just a sales person, but, a wonderful human being who was patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I had an all day event with Audi as a first time client looking to purchase a new vehicle, and Brandon Mcdonald really took the time to go through each and every detail of that process. He literally shared what Audi the company was all about. I felt like I was working with a employee who was in form, and knew how to access all of the resources that Audi Offered. Brandon Mcdonald cared about my comfort. He ensured that I was offered a snack or a drink. He worked with me on understanding Audi's MMI System, and placed no pressure when it was time for me to make a decision. On top of all of this, post my purchase of a new Audi S7, one of my biggest transactions to date, Brandon followed up and even checked in on my events I shared with him. This type of treatment confirmed that this was not a sale only transaction. This was an Audi experience that said this was where I should have always been. I certainly look forward to my future with Audi because Brandon Mcdonald showed an experience that was a step above other dealerships I've been in. More
