To start with I got a better price from Lynbrook Audi than was available to me locally in Danbury CT, was satisfied with every aspect of my new Audi. Service center was efficient, friendly, prompt and made is easy to get service. I droped off my car for service on friday at 4pm, I was not given a loaner car. I was told that the car would be ready for pickup saturday. I was forced to call the service center saturday afternoon becaus not given a loaner car. I was told that the car would be ready for pickup saturday. I was forced to call the service center saturday afternoon because I never recieve a call regarding my car. I was tod the car was not ready and hopefully it will be ready on Monday. On monday again I waws not called regarding my car so I called in the afternoon. I was told the car was ready. When I got there the car was not ready it still needed to be washed. I had to wait 20 min for them to wash my car. A simple service took this service center three days to complete. I will no longer be using this service center. I would rather drive out of my way to greatneck and get my car serivced. More

Windshield wiper motor had died, this dealer was able to get me an appointment the next day (since it would be raining) and within 1 day was able to have the motor in stock and replaced.
