My husband had leased an A6 from Barry years ago, and since then Barry has called my husband every year to wish him a happy birthday. So when my Honda lease was up we went to see Barry for a new vehicle since then Barry has called my husband every year to wish him a happy birthday. So when my Honda lease was up we went to see Barry for a new vehicle. We didnt call first and had just missed Barry but decided to look around the showroom anyway. Everyone on the floor was very nice, we were greeted professionally by the receptionist, and when we told the salesmen we were just browsing until we could see Barry they let us look without pressure. That was very nice. We really liked the Q7 and called Barry for an appointment the next day. He showed us the vehicle, and worked with us on the terms, and the best thing of all, Anchor took my Atlantic Honda return and made my last payment because they are under the same ownership! I have never had such an easy time rolling into a new lease when changing brands. Barry took care of all the paperwork and the next day I had the car, he spent about an hour showing me how to use all the cool technology in the Q7 which I appreciated, and he said goodbye with a hug. I feel like I've got family at Anchor Audi, my experience was amazing overall. I looked at the vehicle on Wednesday, signed the papers on Thursday, and drove it home on Friday. Awesome. More

My husband and I consider ourselves fortunate that Barry Cohen was our sales person. We were not knowledgeable about the characteristics of Audi cars but Barry presented many reasons why we should consider Cohen was our sales person. We were not knowledgeable about the characteristics of Audi cars but Barry presented many reasons why we should consider all the qualities of the Audi and why it would be a great car for us to own. He demonstrated tremendous patience listening to and answering my many questions about the car and the benefits of leasing or buying the car. In addition to his knowledge about Audi cars he has a caring and concerned spirit towards his customers. When it came time to demonstrate all the features of our new car, he once again showed patience, concern and caring to ensure that I became familiar with and understood the many features of the car. He took the time to review all aspects of the car and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask my one million questions. The best part was when he told me I could come back for more tutoring on how to manage all the features the Q5 has to offer. He reassured me that he was only a phone call or visit away if I needed any assistance with the car. He also explained Audi life, after the day I left with the car, by making sure I understood how to contact the service department and offered assistance if I needed it. Barry called the next day to check on how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions. Working with Barry was the best experience I ever had purchasing a new car!!! Had a week and a half's worth of work done on car. Came to pick up car. Metal was ripped off parking brake button. Had to go back. Very inconvenient but it was fixed for me right away.
