It was a very poor experience, I called and verified that a specific car was on the lot and available. I was informed it was so I proceeded to drive 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived and star a specific car was on the lot and available. I was informed it was so I proceeded to drive 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived and started the purchase paperwork, I was finally showed the vehicle and allowed to go on a test drive. After returning more paperwork was completed and then the manager came and told me I could not purchase the vehicle I wanted and that they could get one that was similar delivered the next day. I reluctantly agreed as I was already there for 2.5 hours and had driven 2.5 hours and was over the situation. I was told the car would have a ceramic coat and the interior coated and would be brought to me. The car was delivered to my work and the salesperson went over very basic features then told me about other features the car has but he did not now how to work them like lighting and Wi-Fi etc and that I would have to call someone else at the dealer. The car did not get the ceramic or interior coating and I found the car did not have the ambient lighting among other features that the salesperson said it had. I feel that the entire experience was a bait and switch and the manger and salespersons are not honest. I will never return, I should have gone to another dealer. More
