This is a follow up to the experience that I had on Tuesday, February 1st. I was contacted by Yohan Hadad, and was treated fairly and honestly during our communications. I was offered a more reasonable price-point, and also provided further explanation on the availability along with more detail on the price and availability of the vehicle that I have interest in. The communication with Mr. Hadad was straight forward, timely and respectful, and did much to provide me with a much improved assessment of this dealership. I have decided to look again in 9months in seeking to engage in a more balanced Seller vs Buyer marketplace. Thanks to Mr. Hadad for his knowledge, communication skills and patience. More

I purchased my last new vehicle here almost 5 years ago, a 2018 Audi SQ5. We service this vehicle in Concord, CA as this dealership is closer to our home. I emailed in response to a marketing email to exi a 2018 Audi SQ5. We service this vehicle in Concord, CA as this dealership is closer to our home. I emailed in response to a marketing email to existing customers, focused on deals for new vehicles. After sending my email, I was contacted by Christopher Paez, Sales Manager. He answered many of my questions on the availability of the 2023 Audi RS3. Because I was told that these were not readily available, I told him that I would like to order one, understanding that it may be 8 months to a year prior to arrival. I set an appointment for 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday February 1st. I asked who to ask for, and was told that I should ask for him. Upon arriving, almost 10 minutes late, in checking in with him it was obvious that he was not waiting for me, as his lunch was spread across his desk. He assigned me to a Sales Person, Ed Green. After Ed brought up my lead sheet, he told me that he had been told that there was a $10K mark up on the model that I was seeking. I explained that I had purchased my last vehicle there and had a good experience, but that a $10K mark up, was a non-starter for me. I explained that I was retired, and could purchase this vehicle anywhere available in the US and drive it home to California. Ed returned to his sales managers office, and was told that not only would it be a $10K mark up, but it would be $10K down to order a vehicle that admitted would not be available for over 10 months. On my way out the door, I decided to explain to Christopher, that if he would have told me this information prior to insisting that I submit this in person, I would not have wasted my time. I was upset, and used fairly colorful language... He asked me to leave his office. Of course I did, and explained that I would never again return to this dealership. I am a retired Sales Manager and General Manager, while not in automobiles, I have always made it my business to NOT blindside my customer, and treat each person as I would like to be treated. This type of thinking must also have been lost during the Pandemic, and the obvious turnover that this business has experience. Poor experience, does not really cover it. More
