Nick, Sayed and Yohan Hadad are simply the best team. Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Nick Yoritate is very knowledgeable about the brand, and he cares about his clients. He is still walk Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Nick Yoritate is very knowledgeable about the brand, and he cares about his clients. He is still walking me through the functions of the vehicle. He is quick to go over important details of the vehicle, and he does it with so much enthusiasm and patience, as many times as I’ve needed him. He set up my Audi connect and went over the functions with me. And he’s always a text away! Sayed took the time to go over the paperwork with me, and walked me through every option I had, for financing my lease. Yohan Hadad is THE greatest GM of all times. He walked me through the process, found the right model (as I’m new to the Audi brand) answered all of my questions, and introduced me to his incredible team. And he made me feel like I was the most important customer during the entire process. I was in the best hands, from beginning to end!! Audi Livermore has the dream team!! They are absolutely the best dealership, and they have an incredibly professional and caring team. And that’s a hard combination to come by!!! More
