General manager, Tony. G. You were made fully aware of all the facts surrounding this reckless sale experience. You directed your Sales Manager to solicit additional money from me to sell me another 2021 Q5 to replace the faulty one. Charging me more for the same kind of car, ignoring the initial issues. You still hold $34,000 of my money and I still have no working car. I expected nothing more than my money's worth. I will not give you another dime. This is 6 months later. Your dealership has accepted my money, sold my trade-in and gave me 2 cars that did not perform. I no longer wish to be collateral damage for your profit. What is clear is that Livermore Audi is working very hard to avoid accountability for the losses I have sustained due to your unethical practices. James De Silva is the only one who has been appropriately supportive, but powerless in resolving this horrible experience. This experience has been VERY stressful to say the least. To add insult to injury in this experience....when we visited your dealership last week in an effort to resolve this, I was met with a request to pay more money for a car that works. I refused, the loaner car was canceled, and my husband and I had to take a UBER to get home. We were never even offered a courtesy ride home. As a customer, I have never experienced such ugly treatment by any dealership. Furthermore, I am tired of being collateral damage used to cover up the mistakes made by Livermore Audi. Please return the money I spent as requested since April. As suggested by your manager, I am absolutely moving away from your product all together. To date, since you are still refusing to return my money, I am exercising my rights as a consumer to recover by pressing the fullest extent of the law.
