The service team is very good and Nancy Frasula is a very good service advisor. However I and very dissatisfied with the car. I have had over $7k in repairs including an oil leak, shock absorbers, and radiat good service advisor. However I and very dissatisfied with the car. I have had over $7k in repairs including an oil leak, shock absorbers, and radiator after 65000 miles. Very poor quality and the last thing I would expect from Audi. More

5 Faith was proactive, provided amazing customer service and very timely with her updates and follow through. Repair was completed in a 24 hour period and because she knew I had appointments she got me a lo and very timely with her updates and follow through.
