I noticed a specific vehicle on the Livermore Audi website, and dropped by with no appointment. They set me up with Alexander, who is very upbeat and sincere. Alex quickly recognized I knew the vehicl website, and dropped by with no appointment. They set me up with Alexander, who is very upbeat and sincere. Alex quickly recognized I knew the vehicle very well and after giving me some expert tips, I think he brought in his Supervisor ASAP which was key. Alex and his Supervisor felt like a cohesive team. So then I felt like I had a team helping me find the right vehicle, which was a great feeling. I also noticed they seemed to understand if a customer feels valued, they will respond in kind. They were respectful, diligent, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am a discerning customer, but I get the sense if I was less knowledgeable, Alex and team would have helped me navigate options and make the right choice. This is the gold standard of Sales Service. More
