Nick was amazing, showing me the ins and outs of my new car and setting up my whole app. (And thank goodness he did — I never would have figured out the Car Play vs MMI thing.) I should note while I didn’t purchase the car from this dealership, it’s only because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock, but I ended up buying this one because of Nick’s proactive influence calling me to tell me about what was new in the later models after I brought my old Audi in to the shop. I wish he could have gotten commission on the one I bought at their sister VW dealership! More
