Their professionalism and delivery of excellence with the entire service experience, including great communication during the last the 5 star rating. One thing that the dealership should work on is the automated system to get ahold of people. I like speaking to a real person instead of going through an automated system, I understand the need for efficiencies, but talking with a real person is important to me, and I suspect it is to others as well. The service advisors behaved like frat brothers with no sense of urgency or concern about me or my car. I made the appointment 6 weeks before the appointment and requested to be first in line. I talked to the parts person and was told that they do not stock any parts for my cars cabriolet top. I was told parts needed to be ordered by 11:00 for overnight delivery. Unfortunately they didn’t even look at my car till almost 10:00. I asked the advisor what was the chance of getting my car repaired today and was told “ slim to none” an honest response. I drove 4 hours to get to the dealer only to be so mishandled by the frat boys advisors it became almost comical. I talked at length with the service manager and he seemed receptive to my concern I don’t feel he will do much to improve the “quality of the service experience “ but he did fill my fuel tank for my 230 mile drive home. I’m completely unsatisfied with my experience at this dealership and would not ever recommend anyone using them for service More
