That lapse ended up putting me in a dangerous situation—I had to take an ill-equipped loaner back to my house (at 7000ft) during an intense snowstorm. This happened despite me trying to get a hold of them in every way I could think of to avoid this situation. If you value your time and reliable communication, I don’t recommend them. More
