Ariane provided excellent customer service. She is will prepared when I arrive. I drop off my car and she provide me a loaner car all within 10 mins. Had the best experience in years with Kevin at Audi Las Vegas. In for routine scheduled maintenance, the drop off and pick up were both quick and easy, words I don't normally use to describe Audi Las Ve Vegas. I would have given it a 5 star review if we didn't have the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication the amount of issues we've encountered with our second hand Audi we got from the dealership. It seems that sometimes there are internal communication issues that add a few extra steps to warranty claims, etc, BUT, Kevin, Chris and Erik have been nothing but stellar! Erik has a great demeanor about him as a sales person. Kevin and Chris always go above and beyond to deliver in the service department. I don't get to see much behind the scenes once my car is in the shop, but it always comes back in pristine condition. More
