I never feel like they’re being honest. They create issues regarding my car that don’t exist and fail to fix the ones that do. I brought my car in for a service. It was a bigger service so they did not get it done that day such I was disappointed. It took 2 weeks to get it in . Then 2 weeks later I needed it smoged to regist service so they did not get it done that day such I was disappointed. It took 2 weeks to get it in . Then 2 weeks later I needed it smoged to register it. I waited in line 40 minutes and it failed. I still had to pay. took it back in now they say there is a problem and I still don’t have an answer. Not happy it was fine before. I finally got my car back and they really can’t tell me what the problem was??? It babes me feel like they are covering something up? Because now they took it to get smoged for me which they do not do? They have recorded that they drove my car for 6 miles? But they actually drove it for 60 miles. When I picked up my car there was a red rag legged on my seat, and I kept finding sticky spots all over. I get my car washed weekly and I had it done that morning I brought it in. It is always very very clean. When I put up my sun shield today there was dried sticky soda all over it! They clearly spilled a soda in my car! I’m so angry and disappointed! More
