From the moment I walked into this dealership in 2019 - it has been a top-of-the-line experience. I recently brought my A6 in for her oil change and 20k service. Eric Honn and the entire service team are it has been a top-of-the-line experience. I recently brought my A6 in for her oil change and 20k service. Eric Honn and the entire service team are wonderful. Making appointments are easy and Erik is available to answer any and all questions before, during and after the service. His knowledge and expertise are above and beyond fantastic and his level of customer service is the best of any dealership with whom I have dealt. There are many reasons I would say that Audi Las Vegas is the best dealership (regardless of make) in Vegas - and Eric is a major reason. Keep doing what your doing! I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars! More

Stay away from this dealership they have terrible customer service. I spent three hours dealing with Elliot over the phone as I was trying to buy a car from out of state. Elliot was a gentleman initi customer service. I spent three hours dealing with Elliot over the phone as I was trying to buy a car from out of state. Elliot was a gentleman initially. When I try to make a deposit for the vehicle I was interested in, as soon as I let him know that I was going to finance it through my bank he told me the car already had a deposit on it. It felt very strange the way he responded and I knew something was up. The next day my wife and daughter both called and checked on the availability of the same car. Both of the salesman’s Dan and another guy told my wife and daughter that the car was still available and even offered to let them make a deposit on the same vehicle. I called the sales manager Patrick who could have cared less about the games his salesman were playing with customers.I’ve bought several cars from other Audi dealers in the past and never experienced anything like this before. This is not how most dealerships of high end cars treat people. Stay away from Audi Las Vegas. No bueno. More
